130 to 230 KG/Hr, Majac (Donaldson) Jet Pulverizer system, Model 20 with a Model 15 Classifier, Serial Number 351. Unit is a (2) gun jet pulverizer Model 20, with opposing guns projecting streams of material into a head-on collision with each other. Each opposing gun nozzle requires 1600 CFM of compressed air at 100 psi. With a SS feed hopper with SS volumetric screw feeder. Includes a Model 15 mechanical classifier driven by 60 HP DC motor, and associated blowers. Product sizing is accomplished through centrifugal force and product and fluid flow exits through the top center axis of the rotor. Based on product specs, the classifier assembly is variable speed from 350 to 1200 rpm. Strip air is supplied by a centrifugal blower designed to provide airflow at 70 degrees F and 42 inches of water column. Classifier is 18'5" high. Size 20 Jet pulverizer sub- assembly is 15' wide. 24' OAH of unit.

- Rotary blowers are positive displacement type blowers. Many times pneumatic conveying systems that move dry powders are powered by rotary blowers.
