Details Add to Quote		207023	CONVEYOR		4320	120" long X 18" diameter 316SS, bin and dual screw conveyor system ideal for centrifuge discharge colletion and drum loading. Manufactured by EIE Co. , in 1991. Serial #20768-91-1. All 316 SS sanitary bin is designed to move under a dryer or centrifuge discharge chute, collect and convey product for drum loading. Unit is portable on five wheels, and uses pneumatic air bags to raise up under the collection bin. It has two 9" auger screws that move the product up a 120" conveyor which drops down a 7.5 " discharge chute with a slide gate. The cover that fits over the drum has a inspection door with a piano hinge for ease of checking the drum level. The auger is driven by a 2 hp 1725 rpm Baldor TEFC motor. Operator controls are locally mounted on the cart for ease of operation and include motor stop/ start station, and controls for discharge slide gate and raising/lowering unit. Conveyor cart is designed for ease of cleaning and includes four 2" Quick connect couplings for washing and draining. In addition all operator cleanout doors have easy opening stay- kon clips. Overall size is 14.5' long, x 5 " wide x 80" height to top of screw conveyor.
