| Product Description | 142.5 lbs/ hr evaportive rate, 2500 lbs/ hour feed, 12" diameter Aljet Flash Dryer system. Rated 2357.5 lbs/hr product feed rate, 190 to 210 degrees F inlet temperature, 110 to 115 degrees F outlet temperature, .3 to .4% product moisture. Dryer feed is an Acrison 304SS volumetric feeder, model SBDF-50 CF-3-N/2. with twin augers, each driven by a 1.5HP motor and one dicharge auger driven by a 3HP DC variable speed drive with 50 CuFt hopper. Dryer is a model 12 ThemaJet Recurculating Flash Dryer, 304SS, with integral internal classifier, 1.75" venturi feed injector. Cyclone collector discharge, model 30, with 10 CuFt Vortex breaking bin and 304 SS rotary airlock on cyclone bottom. Blowers include (1)American Fan Turbo Pressure Blower, model VP-6-08-25B, driven by a 30HP TEFC motor and (1)American Fan Turbo Pressure Blower, driven by a 25HP TEFC motor. Dryer heated through an American Standard Steam Coil air heater with 304SS headers. All 304SS interconnecting 12" diameter ductwork. |
