Dryer body and product bin are mtd on steel stand w/legs, 1550mm x 1050mm x 3900mm high. Drying chamber has (2) explosion doors. Product filling nozzles for granulation are Type 2001.1, 304SS. System includes second product spray system Type 701, nozzle rated 4 liter/min. Feed pump rated 0.01 to 11 liter/min @ 2.5 bar. Driven by 0.18 KW, 3/50/220/380 volt, 1390 rpm motor w/variable speed drive. XP rupture disc. W/centrifugal fan Type 5012, made of CS w/epoxy lining, rated 180 cbm/hr @ 500mm WA @ 2900 rpm. Steam coil rated 270,000 kCal/hr @ 6 ATU. Fine dust filter, Type 403.1, 23 sq meter filter area. Product empties from the btm of dryer into Frewitt (Switzerland) granulator, Type MGWI-624, 304SS, SN 0677449, feed 350mm x 500mm. . Driven by 1.1 KW, 3/50/220/380 volt, 1390 rpm motor, couples to variable speed gear reducer, Type R4S-1062-11-4, SN 304531, rated inlet speed 56/280 rpm, outlet speed 89/30 rpm.
