| Product Description | 96 sq ft Hull stoppering type vac freeze dryer system. Mdl 653FXRS, SN V3328. Unit has (8) usable shelves, 316SS construction, 36" wide x 48" long, w/max of 4 1/2" shelf spacing. (9) shelves total in unit. Shelves have a hydraulic mechanism to compress for setting stoppers in vials. -55 to +75 deg C temp range. Shelves rated 15 KW heat each. Dryer chamber is heresite coated, 61" wide x 55" deep x 43 1/2" high, 85 cu ft volume. Hinged front door w/handwheel closure and (2) sight glasses. Unit has integral plate condenser, NB #174, rated 15 psi @ 350 deg F, 53 sq ft surface area. Mtd on skid w/dryer is Vickers hydraulic control pump and (2) Duo-Seal oil seal vac pumps, 3 HP. All motors are 3/60/230/460 volt TEFC. W/dryer is separate refrigeration skid w/5 HP shelf compressor, mfd by Dunham Bush, hermetic, reciprocating design, Mdl 100-PHCELF-BJ, R-502. And 30 HP condenser compressor, mfd by Dunham Bush, open reciprocating type, direct driven by 30 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt TEFC motor. Compressor Mdl MD311DLFN2, SN 88E410157D. R502 refrigerant. System also has control panel w/(2) chart recorders. |
