Heating medium is hot oil or steam. Vessel rated 50 psig and full vacuum, jacket and agitator rated 150 psig 600 degree F. Working volume 2.10 cubic feet. Agitator 15 square feet of heating area and 9 square feet on the jacket. 1 HP motor, 3/60/220/440 volt, 900 rpm varidrive with UL label. 39.4:1 ratio, 5.4 to 54 rpm output.
