| Product Description | Model 1P1207JTC porcupine processor. Manufactured by Bethlehem Corp. Agitator 12" diameter and 7' long. Continuous design. Material of construction is CS. Serial #35-1813-A. Heating medium is hot oil. Vessel rated 15 psig and full vacuum, agitator rated 150 psig @ 650 degree F and jacket rated 150 psig @ 650 degree F. Working volume 4.4 cubic feet. Agitator has 30 square feet of heating area and jacket has 15.6 square feet. Motor 5 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1750 rpm. Reducer 87:1 ratio. 8" inlet, 4" bottom discharge, (2) 20" x 20" bolted covers.
