The system consists of the following components; IPP # 233200 - 1000 Gallon, Hastelloy C-276, with 304 SS , half pipe coil jacket, vertical reactor. Internal finish is #4 Electro polish. Manufactured by Roben. Serial # 97039, NB # 9400. Vessel rated for FV/300 psi at 450 degrees F. Jacket rated for FV/100 psi at 450 degrees F. 60" inside diameter x 72" straight side with welded dish heads. (120" overall length) 6 turns 3" Half pipe x 11 Gauge on side. 3 turns on bottom, 3" schedule 11 half pipe. With 15 hp vertical Philly drive, mechanical seal, running one set of four pitch turbine blades. 18" bolted on Manway, top nozzle schedule : (1) 2" / (4) 3" / (1) 4" / (1) 8" / (1) 12", 8" top center for agitator, 4" center bottom discharge. (1) 1/2" opening on sidewall for thermowell. Jackets have (6) 2" inlets & outlets. IPP # 233044 - 180 Gallon, 316 SS, vertical pressure tank with a # 4 Internal finish. Manufactured by Roben, serial # 97054, NB # 9365. Rated for FV/300 psi at 450 degrees F. 32" diameter x 48" straight side, with welded dish heads. Overall length is 72". Lug mounted. 5 hp Lightnin angle mounted mixer. One 1"nozzle, one 1 1/2" nozzle, three 2" nozzles, two 4" nozzles, One 8" for angle agitator mount, and one 1/2" coupling for thermowell. 4" center bottom discharge. IPP # 233043 - 500 Gallon, Hastelloy C-276, with 304 SS Half pipe coil jacket, vertical reactor. Internal finish is #4 with electro polish. Manufactured by Roben. Serial # 97040, NB # 9337. Shell rated for FV/150 psi at 450 degrees F., (Minimum design temp. =-40 degrees F.) Tubes rated for FV/300 psi at 450 degrees F.( Minimum design temp. =-40 degrees F.) 18" diameter x 3'11" face to face. (6' 6" overall length). 258 straight tubes, 3/4" OD x 18 Gauge x 47" long. TEMA type BEM. One 8" nozzle, three 3" nozzles, two 1" couplings. Used as overheads condenser. IPP # 233212 -75 Sq. Ft., (7 Sq. Meter), Hastelloy C276, with a 316 SS Jacket, vertical pressure leaf filter, with a #4 Internal finish. Manufactured by Expert Industries Inc., For Steri Technologies. Serial # 6223, NB # 1007. Model # 16-800-40. Liquid volume=250 gallons. Vessel rated for FV/150psi at 350 degrees F. jacket rated for 150 psi at 350 degrees F. 36" ID (38" OD) x 65.25" to bottom cone flange. Bolted dish top head, welded cone bottom. Lug mounted. 17 filter plates. 10 HP drive by Brevini, serial # 11865 with a John Crane double stack wet mechanical seal. 12" bottom discharge. Also included with system, two pumps, marked P-3701 and P-3421, and one Hastelloy C filter heat exchanger marked E-3708.
