System includes (1) 1000 gallon 316LSS tank (TK19P) manufactured by Northland rated FV @ 400 degrees F, Serial number 9050260,, (2) Durco 316SS centrifugal pumps 1.5 x 1, 10HP (P19K & P19J). Agitator has a mechanical seal on a 4" shaft with a 2" stroke. Driven by a Reliance XE duty master motor, 5 hp at 1750 Rpm, with a Master Xe speed reducer at a 9:3 ratio. Column has two 16" manways, one at the top, one at the bottom. Top head has the following nozzles: three 3", three 2" and two 1". Column section has twelve 3" nozzles. Motor is 1 hp, 1750 rpm with a Master XE speed reducer with a 11:4 ratio. Top head openings are as follows: One 16" manway, one 6" nozzle, three 3" nozzles, six 2" nozzles, and two 1" nozzles.
