| Product Description | UNUSED Betol extrusion/film line. Consisting of (1) Betol Mdl 4024 extruder. 40mm dia screw, L/D ratio 24:1. (6) independent heating zones, (4) 12 KW for barrel, (2) 1.5 KW for die. Driven by 11.25 KW DC motor, 1500 rpm, thru gearbox, output rpm 5-100, w/screw speed indicator and ammeter. Electrical supply 3 phase, 50 cycle, 380/440 volt. Screw and barrel made of high grade corrosion resistant steel alloy. (1) Betol Mdl 0250 film tower. Production capacity max 450mm lay flat. Electrical supply 3 phase, 50 cycle, 380 volt, 2.3 KW. (2) Nip rolls: (1) chrome plated and (1) rubber. Nip rolls driven by .75 KW DC motor, 180 volt arm, 200 volt field, 1500 rpm, w/geabox, output 0-50 rpm. Coiler Reel - core is 76mm inside dia cardboard core, reel size from core to max of 480mm dia. Coiler Reel driven by .37 KW DC motor, 180 volt arm, 200 volt field, 1500 rpm. Air supply 4.2 - 5.6 Kg/sq cm. |
