| Product Description | Instamelt rotary extrusion system. Approx. 8" diameter x 16" long melt chamber, electrically heated. With 12" long x 2" wide feed chute, 1.5" diameter jacketed outlet. Rotor is driven by a 150 HP 500 Volt DC motor through a Falk gear reducer. Skid mounted with an electrically heated gear pump for pumping hot melt, driven by a 30HP 500 volt, DC motor through a Falk gear reducer 9.187:1 ratio. System includes a GraviMerrick belt feeder. |
