| Product Description | 21.0MM BTUH Trane Thermal chlorinated hydrocarbon incinerator w/waste heat recovery. Designed for various chemical solvents entrapped w/water. Max flow of water for incineration 1550 lb/hr. Unit is rated @ 21MM BTUH system consists of Trane Thermal horiz incinerator 6'6" dia x 15' long. Refractory lined. CS shell. Primarily fired on steam atomized #6 fuel oil. Maintaining a min temp of 2400 deg F. Burner is Trane Thermal LV-24 vortex burner. Firing 140 gph max, gas pilot ignition. Auxillary equipment for burner includes: FM insurance approved piping train for #6 fuel oil and waste. Waste piping is 316SS. Main combustion air fan is CS Spencer turbine rated 5,000 scfm @ 24 osig, powered by UL label 60 HP, 3/60/460 volt motor. ABCO elevated drum fire tube waste heat boiler. Single pass, 5'10" dia x 30' long x 13' high. Producing 10,000 lbs/hr @ 200 psig saturated steam. Feed water rate 250 psig-7650 lb/hr @ 220 deg F. Scrubber system is packed column 3'6" dia x 18'. CS shell lined w/Pyroflex and 4 1/2" acid brick. Ceramic intalux saddle packing. Stack is 12" dia x 10' high FRP. Quench air fan requires 30 HP motor (motor is missing). CS Garden City, designed temp 700 deg F. Pumps for scrubber system are duplexed 316SS Durco 5 HP, 3490 rpm. Remote control panel controls and meters. Boiler inlet temp, waste solvent feed rate, steam produced, scrubber exit temp, recycle air temp, incinerator chamber temp, boiler water level, feed water rate to boiler, liquid level in scrubber. |
