| Product Description | 36" diameter x 40' long Bartlett Snow rotary calciner. Serial #81100. 316SS contacts. Indirect fired, Has (4) heating zones as follows: 7' long (65 KW), 9' long (25 KW), 6' long (25 KW), and 6' long (12 KW). 8' long cooling zone with external water spray nozzles. 40' is the overall cylinder length. 1st zone is for drying at 150-200 degree C; 9' zone is for heating at 350-360 degree C; the last 2-zones are for calcining at 350-360 degree C. Tire and trunnions mounted. Chain and sprocket driven. |
