| Product Description | 14" diameter x 26' long indirect fired, electrically heated, high nickel/Inconel tube calciner. Manufactured by CE Raymond, Serial #85051, Type #T50514, built 1986. 1800 degree F max. 12' long 4-zone heating section. Tire and trunnion mounted on (2) 10" diameter x 6" face tires and (2) 10" diameter x 4" face tires. Cylinder chain and sprocket driven by Reeves motodrive, 3 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1800 rpm TEFC motor. Size 243, Z-configuration. Rated 4.85 to 48.5 output rpm. Has 316SS agitated screw feeder 3' long x 20" deep. Agitator and screw driven by 1/2 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1800 rpm TEFC Reeves motordrive. Size 053. 8/4 to 84 rpm output. Has 3' cooling section with schedule 40 galvanized steel manifold and (3) full jet nozzles 3/8 G22. Discharge end of calciner has rotary airlock valve, manufactured by Prater Model #PAV-6-C, chain driven by 1/2 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1800 rpm TEFC motor. 29 rpm output. |
