| Product Description | 2.5 sq meter CS/plastic coated belt filter press. Mfd by Roediger Ecopress, SN 25-234, Type SSP25-3, blt 1986. Belt steering is by rubber coated rollers, pivoted one end, air operated cylinder on the other end. Pneumatic belt tensioning. Sludge cake is distributed by applicator blade from 3/8" to 1 1/16" thick cake. Unti has belt washing and prewashing drum. Driven by Eurodrive 475/2275 volt. Design capacity is 6% dry solids, 3000 lbs DS/hr, 92% capture rate, 100 gpm, 22% sludge cake. |
