| Product Description | 124" Trim Fourdrinier Paper Machine. This machine has been Rebuilt in 2001 at a cost for upgrades of $15,000,000.00 USD. The entire wet end is all stainless steel and new in 2001.Basis Weight Range: 28-220 lbs/3000sq. ft. (45-355 GSM) This machine was designed to produce a wide range of paper, board and specialty products. The machine is available with or without the Rotoformer. Complete engineering documentation is available on site. This mill is immediately available and has been closed due to corporate consolidation.

Dryer hood with individual pocket ventalation system (2001); Size Press includes - Inclined unit flooded nip, (1) Steel and (1) Rubber roll, Located between 3rd and 4th dryer sections, Latex /Coatings is applied to the sheet at this size press; Overhead Dryer - Spooner Flotation gas fired dryer built 2001, Located in between 2nd and 3rd Dryer Section; Calender Stacks include a Manchester 6 roll open frame wet calender stack, and a Farell 2-roll 1000 PLI Finishing stack, Swimming bottom roll Rebuilt 2001; Track Reel - Beloit horizontal 6' long track reel.
