| Product Description | MeCl2 48" x 6' Still system, with 316SS vessel approx 500 gallons, with four hot water exchangers in the reboiler pot.. Reboiler is agitated by a bridge mount lightnin mixer, approximatly 1 hp. Hot water is supplied by a skid mounted system consisting of a 20 gallon 40" x 12" tank, a 3 x 2 x 10 Durco pump.(200 gpm @ 1786 rpm) Hot water system is steam fed. Condesing is by two Ketama heat exchangers, NB 779, Serial # V893676A, shell rated for 50 psi at 400 degrees F, tubes rated for 150 psi at 400 degrees F. Size 9B -90. With a 300 gallon reciever and a product pump. |
