This a complete skid mounted chiller including condenser, evaporate, and two (2) Frick RWBII-100E rotary screw compressors, designed for 350 psig high side, 300 psig low side, and each rated 298 BHP. Compressor A is a Model TDSH193S1746C, Ref. NH3/R22, Rated for max. speed of 4500 rpm. Max. Design pressure 362 psi. Compressor B is RWB II 100/100, serial # 30580MEMPTHAR2, ref. R22, Maximum speed is 3600 rpm. Max design pressure is 300 psi. Drivers are Reliance XE Premium Efficiency, 350 HP, 3570 rpm. ID # 1MAE73017. Rated for 3 ph, 60 Hz, 460 volts. Frame type 449TS. Comp. "A" 37490 Hours, Comp. "B" has 38193 hours. Evaporator is by Frick, NB # 109666, shell rated for 300 psi at 200 degrees F, Tubes not code. Built in 1993., Condenser is manufactured by Refrigeration Valves and systems, NB # 5428, Shell rated for 150 psi at 200 degrees F, tubes rated for 150 psi at 200 degrees F, Serial # 92945, Built 1993. Twin oil coolers are Frick NB # 109367, shell rated for 300 psi at 200 degrees F, tubes rated for 300 psi at 200 degrees F. Built in 1993. | Product Description | 1800 degree F, John Zinc Thermal Oxidizer system, skid mounted design. Available with a waste heat boiler (See IPP # 214326). The thermal oxidizer is designed to incinerate various combinations of solvent laden processing fumes. Designed to accept the stream of hot-vent gas containing 14,000 ppmv of VOC entrainment at 810 scfm; cold-vent gas stream of 2,200 scfm containing (tract)100 ppm of VOC. In addition, unit was set up to accept a future waste liquid stream of 1 gpm H2O with 1% phenolic material and ½ gpm organic waste.. System Serial Number 904756. System consists of a 10mm BTU/Hr John Zink burner; 6'6" OD x 21' Long horizontal Thermal Oxidizer/Incinerator; 1100 CFM hot vent fan 7.5HP; 5400 SCFM combustion air fan 40 HP; 3'9" OD x 50" high vent stack; 2' diameter x 8' straight side knockout drum; NEMA 4, Nitrogen Purged Control Panel; Nema 4 Junction boxes; and piperack mounted fuel gas and pilot gas train with the control panel is mounted on the piperack. Controls include a Honeywell Universal Digital controller, type UDC2500, Limit Control Model. Brief description of the process - Natural gas is burned to bring the thermal oxidizer up to 1700 degrees F operating temperature. A retention time of one second is provided in the thermal oxidizer to convert the organic compounds to carbon dioxide, water vapor and sulfur dioxide. The incinerator is 6'6" ID x 21' long, 804 CuFt usable volume, lined with 4" of insulating castable. The burner has a carbon steel, center fired fuel gas gun. The vent stack is lined with 4" of insulating refractory. The system is mounted on skids that make trasportaion and reassembly easier. |
