| Product Description | 24" ID x 21' long, Bartlett Snow 304SS indirect fired rotary calciner. Shop number K3729. Has 15'6" heating area and 5'6" cooling section. Gas fired from underneath calciner tube. One section has (3) gas burners w/Pedcock feeders every 6"; 2nd section has (2) gas burners w/Pedcock feeders every 6". (63) total feeders. Burners run parallel to length of calciner. Tube has internal flights. Brick lined external shell. Mtd on (2) tires w/trunnions and driven by Girth gear w/chain to gearhead motor, 2 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt motor, 25 rpm output. Skid mtd design w/feed and discharge hoods. Mtd on skid is Nash L2 vac pump, direct driven by 5 HP, 3/60/220/440 volt motor. |
