Compressor A is a Model TDSH193S1746C, Ref. NH3/R22, Rated for max. speed of 4500 rpm. Max. Design pressure 362 psi. Compressor B is RWB II 100/100, serial # 30580MEMPTHAR2, ref. R22, Maximum speed is 3600 rpm. Max design pressure is 300 psi. Drivers are Reliance XE Premium Efficiency, 350 HP, 3570 rpm. ID # 1MAE73017. Rated for 3 ph, 60 Hz, 460 volts. Frame type 449TS. Comp. Super-Precision camless automatic turret lathe. Mfd by EMI-MEC Accuatool, Mdl 6D. Head stock: bar cap 1 1/6" dia. Spindle dia 1 3/32". Height of center over bed 5 3/4". Reversible 2-speed motor 4 HP/1.5 HP. Spindle speeds: ranges 75/4000 rpm. Turret 6-stations, 1" dia tool holder, 3" max working stroke, 5 3/8" max stroke including indexing. 13 3/8" adjustment on turret. Vert, slide, power operated (3) jaw chuck. Plug board program control for bar work/chucking. Liquid coolant, air operated. Splash guards 3/60/220/440 volt. Plug board is capable of programming (26) individual commands to (24) machine sequence. Optional: air operated automatic 11" long rod feeder.
