| Product Description | ****6'6" wide x 50' long, 304SS fryer/dryer. Mfd by Heat and Control Inc, Mdl 7848-I-2ZX-FRYER. Rated 3/60/460 volt. Unit has SS cover on full length of dryer that is lifted by mechaniclly operated hydraulic cylinders. Teflon coated glass fiber belt, is 78" wide, and discharge doctor blade will allow product hight to 1.5" high but it is adjustable. Chain driven by approx 10 HP drive through a Sym Cylco gear box. Hot oil food fryer. |
