| Product Description | UNUSED 1 HP, 30 gallon sanitary 304LSS Jaygo vacuum dispersion and homogenizing mixer system. Serial #2421, Type DISHO-V-120-85, built 1991. Unit certified by Stainless Steel Fabrication Inc, Serial #2086, National Board #88. Mixing chamber rated 20 psi and full vacuum @ 350 degree F to -20 degree F minimum. Jacket rated 50 psi @ 350 degree F to -20 degree C minimum. All fittings sanitary. Unit measures 20" diameter x 20" straight side x 8" cone bottom, clamped dished top. Gate design agitator with teflon scraper blades. Gear driven by 1 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1725 rpm motor, UL label, thru variable speed Eurodrive gear reducer, rated 65.77:1 ratio. 5 rpm minimum, 34 rpm maximum. Drive has automatic hydraulic lift mechanism with 24" lift capacity. System includes: (1) 3 HP Nash brass vacuum pump, Model #AT34. (1) 1 HP Moyno pump, Model #IFF4SSV, driven by 1 HP Reeves varidrive. (1) approx 5 HP inline disperser. Includes all controls and power box, temperature probes and capacitance probes. All mounted on SS skid with wheels. |
