| Product Description | 750 gallon Myers 304SS triple motion intensive mixer. Serial# 1024, built 1992, type V-600550-40-30-75. Unit is bridge mounted on top of a 750 gallon 304SS jacketed tank. Welded dish top and bottom. 60" dia. x 60" straight side. Jacket rated 30 psi @ 300 deg. F. Mixing/dispersion components: (1) center line low speed scraped surface agitator with spring loaded Teflon scraped blades. Direct driven by 40 hp motor through gear reducer. (1) intermediate speed gate blade impellor belt driven by 30 hp 3/60/230/460V 1750 rpm TEFC motor. (1) High speed disperser type agitator with (2) 12" sawtooth design dispersion blades, belt driven by 75 hp. Openings: Top - 4-4", 2-2", 2-3", 1-18" with cover; Bottom 1-6". |
