| Product Description | 75 cubic feet working capacity, 304SS liquid/solid twin shell blender. Manufactured by Patterson Kelly, Serial #216177. Maximum density 55 lbs/cubic feet. Shell 48" outer diameter. Blender rotation 11 rpm, liquid/solids intensifier bar rotation 1174 rpm. Mixer gear driven by 7.5 HP, 3/60/460 volt TEFC motor, 1750 rpm output spped, with belt and drive with protective guard. Intensifier bar driven by 20 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 100 rpm output speed TEFC gear motor. 3/4" type RSP rotary union. Mixer equipped with 3 7/16" Dodge type pillow block bearings. Mounted on "A" frame 16" wide x 54" long steel base x 106" tall. Mixer has (2) 18" diameter access ports with quick openings. 1-20" outer diameter discharge port with air operated valve. Overall system height 12'3". |
