Evaporater NB # 32477, serial #4767410-1 Shell rated for 150/FV psi at 366 degrees F, tubes rated for 150/FV psi at 366 degrees F. Cooler NB #32664, Serial # 4864670-1, shell rated for FV/150 psi at 336 degrees F., tubes rated for FV/150 psi at 336 degrees F. Feed water pump, 316SS, manufactured by Fristam Pump, direct driven by a 3 hp 3500 rpm AC motor. All parts mounted on a skid with the following controls. AB PLC control with Panel View Plus operator interface, I/O cabinet and Motor staring cabinet complete with breaker. Feedwater inlet is 1" TC sanitary, Steam inlet is 1.5" flange(150 psi max) Pure steam outlet is 2" TC sanitary, Condensate outlet is 1" FNPT, drain is 1" TC, and instrument air is 1/4" FNPT.
