(1) 316SS inlet water filter. Size 4" x 18". 100 micron. Pressure drop .04 psi @ 20 gpm. Design pressure 150 psi @ 150 degree F. (1) 1,700 gallon Derkane 470 groundwater feed tank. (1) 20 gpm @ 85'TDH, CS influent pump. Size 1 1/2 x 1 x 4.8. Discharge pressure 38.5 psig @ 65 degree F. Direct driven by 7 1/2 HP, 3/60/480 volt, 3600 rpm motor. (1) 62 square feet 316SS overhead condenser. Size 8-96, Type AEL. Shellrated 50 psi and full vacuum @ 400 degree F, tubes rated 150 psi @ 400 degree F. (1) 10 gpm @ 40'TDH, overhead condensate pump. Size 1 x 3/4 x 3 5/8. 7.9 psi @ 70 degree F discharge pressure. Direct driven by 1 1/2 HP, 3/60/460 volt, 3600 rpm motor. (2) 281 square feet CS cross shell and tube heat exchanger. Sizze 2 x 10-240, Type BEM. Shell rated 150 psi and full vacuum @ 400 degree F, tubes rated 150 psi and full vacuum @ 400 degree F. (1) 52 acfm @ 1.49 psia 316SS vacuum pump. Direct driven by 7 1/2 HP, 3/60/480 volt, 1750 rpm motor. (1) 12" diameter x 45' high CS stripper column. Rated 50 psi and full vacuum @ 400 degree F. (1) 800 lbs/hr @ 75 psi packaged steam generator. (1) 13 square feet 316SS tube, CS shell regenerating steam condenser. Tubes rated 75 psi @ 350 degree F, shell rated 75 psi @ 650 degree F. (1) 370 gallon CS hydrocarbon phase separator. Rated 50 psi @ 400 degree F. (1) gallon CS hydrocarbon receiving tank. Rated 150 psi and full vacuum @ 400 degree F. (2) gallon 316SS grannular activated carbon beds. Rated 107 psi and full vacuum @ 650 degree F. Each carbon bed requires 283 lbs charge.
