    Brief Overview
 
  Capacity is approximately 90,000 metric tons/year of final product.
  Most of the plant was constructed in the 1980s, and the glycerine purification section was upgraded in 2003. The entire unit was shut down in 2009.
  There are no technology licensing issues.
 
Process control systems and programming are completely up-to-date and are for sale with the facility. They are Siemens PCS7 and Fisher-Provox systems.
  Some spare parts for critical equipment are available with the sale.
