Brief Overview:
  • 700 mtpd of Zeolite A material in a masterbatch from (50% water).  The quoted capcity includes the water - it is not a "dry" capacity.
  • Plant can be operated with no licensing fee - at this location or elsewhere.
  • Experienced people are available to assist new owner.  All documentation is available with the sale.
  • There is an extensive rail system in the plant along with direct road access to major highways.  Smaller equipment can be shipped by water using a river port about 2km away.  Larger equipment can go to nearby major harbor.
  • Major equipment includes Fundabac® filters (2), Pannevis vacuum belt filters (3), and a Wiegand 4-effect evaporator system.
  • This plant is in very good condition since it is indoors and mostly stainless steel construction.
  • This facility uses a Siemense S5 digital process control system (DCS).  The sytem hardware is available for sale with the plant, including the software programs.
  • All asbestos has been removed from the facility, including gaskets.
