Plant P&ID´s, flow sheets, installation plans, civil work documents, equipment related documents, drawings (including Atlas Copco H2 compressor drawings), pressure vessel documents and welding certificates, along with material certificates for all equipment that will also include documentation for such equipment which are not included in the scope.
The process is the Anthaquinone process using a palladium catalyst.
The Anthraquinone is diluted in a mixture of organic solvents. This is the process solution which is going on a continuous base through the diﬀerent process steps.
In the hydrogenation phase the Quinone is getting hydrogenated to produce a Quinone which is getting converted in the oxidation process to the Peroxide. In the following extraction step the hydrogen peroxide is getting extracted from the organic phase into the aqueous phase. The organic phase is getting fed back to the Hydrogenation, the aqueous phase to the process steps cleaning and distillation to increase the concentration of the product.
The process is also including the regeneration for a part of degradation products. Quinones which have been degraded during the hydrogenation oxidation and extraction will be regenerated to usable Quinones again.
For the incidental waste water and exhaust gas ﬂow there are cleaning steps also part of the entre process Additionally there are systems to recover and reactivate the catalyst.
The process is free of any license and available with the documents.
