Product Description 1671 CuFt (12,500 gallon), 304SS Pneumatic Mixing Bin System with Dust Collector, Pressure rated, for Nitrogen blanket, designed to DIN Standards. Bin Pneumatic AIRMIX System Manufactured by Babcock BSH, with Dust collector Manufactured by Fisher Klosterman, 304SS Bin was manufactured by Norwalk Fabricators. Bin and Dust Collector Rated 75 psi @ 100 degrees F. Pneumatic mixing head designed to mix 2.72 to 3.40 KG Batch (6,000 to 7,500 lb), rated 137 to 200 Kg/CuM product weight, with 2 to 30 um grain size. Designed to run a 24 hour batch. Designed for Nitrogen mixing gas, 5.65 CuM @ 15.5 bar. Bin is 12,500 gallon, 120" diameter x 13' straight side with 76" cone bottom, mounted on a mounting ring. Internal mixing head is type GIGANT- S, manufactured by Babcock BSH. With an integral top mounted 304SS pressure rated dust collector with (30) pulse jet nozzels, requires approx 6" diameter x 30" long filter cartriges. Top manifold is bolted, CS construction, with (6) pulse air inlet pipes. Openings include: Highed acces door on dust collector; (2) 4" and (1) 3" tangential openings in top side of bin, (1) 18' dimater bottom outlet with Dezurick pneumatic slide gate valve, that is bolted to a SS delumper. Lump breaker has a ribbon agitator and screen discharge with paking gland on shaft, driven by approx 1 HP motor.
