Rated 1150 rpm, 94 lbs per cu ft cake weight. With cake detection, wash pipe for cake washing, pneumatic plow. Designed for nitogen purge. Vibration switch, the hinged access door has a safety interlock witch will not allow the basket to rotate unless the door is closed and latched, the discharger cannot operate except below a pre-selected unloading speed set at 100 rpm, and controlled by the monitoring system.
