Product Description	2000mm 304 stainless steel V2AE peeler centrifuge. Manufactured by Krauss Maffei, Model HZ200, Serial #4385. Centrifuge was upgraded with modern controls for automatic operation. Drum 2000mm diameter x 770mm wide . Drum capacity 1100 litres, load 1300 Kg. Drum speed 600 rpm. Driven by 55 KW, 3/50/380 volt motor. with hydraulic powerpak with 55 KW, 3/50/380 volt, 650 rpm. Cylindrical part of basket, peeler knife support, cake chute of 316Ti stainless steel (Din 1.4571). Clad material is 321 stainless steel (1.4541). Outboard bearing design (not overhung rotor).
