Product Description 45" outside diameter x 22' high, PTFE Lined (80 mil), carbon steel, packed column, mounted by lugs. Manufactured originally by Hemminger,Inc. With replacement sections by Edlon. Rated for Atmospheric pressure at 160 degrees F. Bolted together by flanges in sections, with bolted top and bottom heads. Three separate sections, Top section has 1-16" opening, 2-4" openings and one 8" opening. Bottom section has one 8" nozzle, 2-6" nozzles, and 2-4" nozzles. Mid section with an eight inch nozzle blanked off. Packed with 60 cu ft Koch 2" flexsaddle random packing. Specs from process for this scrubber: Volume of gas cleaned; 2205 cfm, Temp. of gas; 105 degrees F, Liquid flow rated; 53 gpm, Inlet velocity to scrubber; 5.3 fps.Nominal pressure drop across column; 25 " h2O
