Product Description 15" diameter, Duplex SS bowl and scroll, horizontal decanter centrifuge. Designed for food grade and acceptable for use in Class 1 Div 2 group D areas and is fume tight. Manufactured by CBB Decanter s.r.l. Serial # 002870. Model CD401 SP. Rated for 10,600 lbs./hr. of feed, 9100 lbs./hr. of centrate and 1500 lbs./hr. of cake. Rated for 80 degrees F. 15" diameter x 67" long bowl, rated for maximum rpm of 4000. 3725 G force. Bowl has special abrasion protection on the feed and conical section of the machine. Main drive is a Techtop 30 HP drive motor, belt driven. Rated for 460 v, 60 Hz. Motor serial # 130909209 with a hydraulic back drive. Includes vibration sensor. Control panel includes PLC for automated dewatering, VFD for main drive and Touch screen HMI. Overall length 146” x overall height 61” x overall width 43”. Weight 8884 lbs.
