| Product Description | 45 liter 316SS water still system. Manufactured by OY Santaslo, Serial #413779E, Type #6-350. Distilliation process is performed at armospheric @ 100 degree C (212 degree F), distillate outlet temperature 70 degree C (158 degree F), steam is condensed into distillate by cold cooling water, slow steam speed with special baffle produces high distillate quality even from soft water, ventilation system to remove gasses from the steam, excess salts limited by adjustable bleed valve. System consists of (1) skid with (1) 45 liter boiler/tank, (1) 75 liter tank/condenser, (1) regulating tank, (1) free standing 480 liter pressure tank. (1) 45 liter 316SS boiler/tank, 420mm diameter x 350mm straight side, with 9.5 KW, 220/380 volt Loval immersion type heating element, element mounted on bottom of tank. (1) 75 liter 316SS tank/condenser with 12mm diameter xooling spiral, internal baffle. This tank mounts on top of boiler/tank. Openings: distillate 1-20mm, 1-12mm cooling water feed, 1-12mm cooling water outlet. (1) 316SS regulating tank. 625mm long x 325mm wide x 200mm deep with magnetic float/level switch, Type 862D-F40, 240/440 volt, 70 watt. (1) 480 liter 316SS vertical pressure tank. Manufactured by Olsa, Serial #1237. Rated 1 bar @ 120 degree C. 800mm diameter x 1000mm straight side, welded dished top and bottom. (4) turns on coil, (3) 75mm diameter x 700mm long SS tubes for heater elements mounted on bottom of straight side (no heater elements). Openings: top 1-180mm, 3-20mm (1 with probe and sensor, 1 with pressure gauge), 1-12mm; coil 2-20mm; bottom 1-50mm. Mounted on (4) legs. |
