Product Description	960 cfm Detrex activated carbon bed for removal of trichloroethylene vapors from air stream. Mdl SVRM-3-3.5-960, blt 1992. Skid mtd system in (3) sections. Main section has (3) 3' dia x 8' high approx 304SS activated carbon module vessels. They are insulated w/approx 2" thick insulation and covered w/sheet metal wrap. Includes connecting ductwork and piping w/valves. Sen Dure condenser, SN 270087, 5" dia x 24" long of copper construction w/2-2" openings on shell side and tube side. Condenses water and solvent during the stripping/carbon regeneration cycle. There is 10" dia x 38" high 316SS water separator to remove water from the recovered solvent. Also included on this skid is 38" wide x 12" dia x 48" high control panel. Control panel contains an Allen Bradley programmable controller and graphic display depicting system schematics w/indicator lamps designating system operation parameters and alarm conditions. This skid 192" long x 65" wide x 148" high. 2nd skid is 64" long x 52" wide x 60" high and contains an air handling blower rated 960 cfm, driven by 3 HP motor and belt drive; cool-down 550 cfm fan driven by 2 HP motor and V-belts; 15" dia x 24" high 316SS solvent recovery tank w/Dunham and Bush bronze 2x1-1/4" pump, driven by direct connected 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 3450 rpm motor. 3rd skid is 52" wide x 86" long x 55" high. This is a waste water treatment system consisting of a compartmented tank w/(3) Bell and Gossett SLC-30 circulators powered by 1/60/115 volts. Also included w/unit are (2) steam condensate recovery tanks w/pumps: (1) 15" x 15" x 10" high cast iron tank w/pump powered by 1/3 HP, 1/60/115/230 volt, 3450 rpm motor; (1) 15" x 9" x 10" high cast iron tank w/pump powered by 1/3 HP, 1/60/115/230 volt, 3450 rpm motor. Activated carbon not included.
