| Product Description | 1.6 MM gallon, 8000 LB/Day Average B.O.D. per day design condition, waste water treatment plant. Designed to handle chemical and sanitary waste water. This waste treatment facility is designed to operate continously with large capacity reserve tanks that accept wastewater and hold prior to treatment. The site also includes emergency storage capacity. This wastewater facility is operated by a state-of-the-art control system. The control building houses the control room, water lab, offices, break room, and conference room. Pretreatment facilites consist of a low Ph Neutralization by calcium carbonate. Agitated pits with capacity for pumping neutralization, lime slaking and storage are available at the neutralization site. The treatment portion of the facility includes teh following major componets: 2,250,000 gallon Equualization tank, 250,000 gallon primary clarifier with 6 electric airators, 125,000 gallon effleuent holding capacity; 265,000 gallon seconday clarifier, 190,000 gallon sludge thickening vessel; sludge presses and off loading station. |
