206245 150 sq. ft. Hastelloy C Luwa wiped thin film, Mdl LN-1400. Int FV, Hastelloy C Shell and CS Jkt dual rated 200 PSIG @ 400°F or 100 PSIG @ 650°F w/20 hp, 900 RPM motor.

Bepex Torus Disc Dryer
213606 19,300 kg/hr SS Bepex Torus Disc Dryer, Mdl TDJS60-20, twin screw. Int 2 PSI, Jkt 75 PSI. Driven by a 75 hp motor through a Falk gear reducer, 45 - 89 RPM output. Unit uses 2 Tons/hr of steam.

Hastelloy Reactor
210976 350 Gal Hastelloy C-276 reactor w/321 SS plate coil jkt. Int 100 PSI/FV, Plate coil jkt 30 PSI. 42" dia. x 4'9" str. side w/1 hp, 1,725 RPM Baldor motor, 2" SS shaft, packing gland and 3-blade propeller type agit.

Lab Spray Dryer
210993 32” dia. 316SS Stork Bowen #1 tower spray dryer, Mdl BE1269. 85 lbs/hr evaporation (max.) based on 250 acfm airflow, 1,000°F inlet and 250°F outlet. Countercurrent design. 32" dia. x 74.5" str. side w/36" cone btm. and Bowen compressed air assisted spray head. Gas-fired w/8" dia. burner,3" dia. gas nozzle, 1 PSI Partlow gas regulator, Thermocouple and Electronic ignition. Gas feed includes a manual shutoff and a safety solenoid valve. Dust handling is by Torit, with a 321SS cartridge filter baghouse w/(9) cartridges. Fan is driven by a 1 hp Baldor motor, 3,600 RPM. All interconnecting piping and duct work is 316SS.
