203801 Complete Spray Drying System:
12' dia. 304SS Niro (Bowen Design) w/BB3 spray machine. Conical btm. drying chamber is 12' dia. x 6'7" straight side, and utilizes a co-current air flow design. Elevation to top of dryer is 25'7". This is a complete system with the spray dryer and bag house mtd. outdoors. Feed related equipment is mtd. indoors on a skid. Supply air 1,385 ACFM; Natural gas 27.9 ACFM; Feed 1,725 Lbs/Hr; Product 525 Lbs/Hr; Process gas inlet 1,100°F. BB3 spray machine with complete controls including a Penthouse control panel, feed valve, ½ ton machine hoist, Sloan Brothers auto force oil lube system, and Magnetek GPD 505 VSC variable motor speed system. Includes: 321SS Baghouse rated for 400°F, with an air volume of 1,850 SCFM, and 471 sq. ft. filter area; 3,000 CFM @ 3,127 RPM CS New York blower; and Maxon hot air furnace that is natural gas-fired. 11,000 Lbs/hr Titanium & SS MVR, manufactured by Alaska Copper Works. 12 PSI/FV at 350°F both sides with vert. condenser, SS shell, (276) 2" dia. x 15' high Titanium tubes and 316SS sump and flood box. 11” dia. at base x 37” high, with a 6’ x 8” tower footprint. Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) manufactured by Roots/Dresser, 1225 RGS Wisperair. Rated for 5,701 ACFM at inlet. Features a complete system, mtd. on a skid w/the motor, gear drive and appropriate protection devices. MVR silencing equipment is 316SS. Driven by a 350 hp Siemens motor. Too much to list.
