Filter tank 90 PSI/FV (6 bar), 304SS ½ pipe coil jkt 150 PSI (10 bar), filter plate 90 PSIG (6 bar). 157" ID filter tank has a bolted dished top with a flat bottom. Hydraulic lift agitator driven by 20 hp, 1,800 RPM motor. Screw discharge driven by 15 hp, 1,800 RPM motor. Bottom discharge.
211850 8.0 M² Hastelloy C276 Cogeim filter dryer, Mdl FILTRODRY 800 FPP/SD FM, w/304LSS ½ pipe coil jkt. Int -1/ 3.9 bar. All product contact parts are Hastelloy C276. Side discharge w/hydraulic driven flush valve. Volume: 8, 100 liter vessel (11,200 liter total), 80 liter jkt, heated 60 liter removable bottom, heated 95 liter shell and 75 liter heated cover. Mounted on top of the filter/dryer is a 37 lliter bag filter for dust control.
