Process Description

• Similar to ICI process.
• Naphta desulfurisation ( s < 0.2 ppm)
• Primary reforming with water vapour
• Secondary reforming with air
• Conversion of carbon monoxyde by Monoéthanolanium
• Elimination of carbon dioxyde
• Méthanation by réaction of hydrogen with CO & CO² using CCI catalytic bed (type C–14–4–03 )
• Compression : By two Ingersoll-Rand compressors powered by a 3 MW synchronous motor with 6.000 volts supply voltage
